Today’s birthday thoughts

I am humbled and grateful to turn another year older. I am also glad that this past year has brought me greater self-awareness and blessings beyond measure.

Thank you guys for continuing to read and support my blog, and thank you most of all for investing in yourself by becoming motivated to reach your goals.

I’m reminded about the fragility and brevity of life by a recent loss. My cousin passed away yesterday morning, he was in his mid-40s. The first thought is always “life is not promised”, but really, we already know that. What do you plan to do with the time you have?

Here is the next video in my series on The Power of Your Dreams. I plan to bask in the beauty of my born day and reflect on how my thoughts become things daily. I’m also going to get a pedicure and a cupcake! LOL!

Until the next time I write, stay blessed and thanks for reading!

Happy Birthday! I’m so sorry about your cousin. The closeness of death and birth are always in front of us. As a friend who has reached his senior years said on his last birthday, “At my age, every birthday is special.” That’s true for any of us, no matter how old.

  3. Hi Anilia,

I was surfing the internet promoting my blog and well….here I am. Thank you for your words of encouragement and FOCUS!!! We all need what you are giving especially us entrepreneurs. And putting it in a video format in today’s fast changing landscape of media AWESOME!!! Anilia its amazing that you ended your video on the note of “Self-Esteem” because I was inspired by more Self-Esteem for my two Princesses. Long story short: The screamsss of adulation over a Disney’s princesses billboard that didn’t reflect the beauty and heritage of my little Princesses inspired me, if you have time take a peek at:

    Keep Focus!!!

    Hi Anilia,

I stumbled across your site and I’m like WOW! There are so many tips and categories to choose from. For the last past 5 years I have been stuck. No motivation or anything. I have so many ideas on paper, in my head and I still have no progress. My biggest problem is knowing where to begin (starting).Someone told me the other day if I was to ever begin a project I would be unstoppable. I bet you can read right through me.I really do Love the site and I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks, Perfect
